Meet Dr. Jones

Dr. Jones is excited to join the Marquis team in October 2025 and is looking forward to serving the community!

Dr. Marina Jones was born and raised in the small town of Unity, Saskatchewan. She obtained her undergraduate training in both geography and dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan, graduating in 2013 and 2017. After dental school, Dr. Jones spent a year as a general practice resident based at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon. As a resident she saw patients in Northern Saskatchewan and in both private and public practice settings with varying medical histories.

Dr. Jones has worked in private practices in Alberta and British Columbia where she gained experience treating patients young and elderly, using light and moderate conscious sedation, using Invisalign and facial neuromodulators and is looking forward to providing thorough and gentle care for the patients of Marquis Dental.

Dr. Jones is most interested in biomimetic techniques and completed the Six-Lessons Approach Biomimetic Mastership from the Alleman Centre in 2022 and continues to expand her knowledge about adhesive and aesthetic techniques. She is a member of the Canadian Dental Association and the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan.

Outside of dentistry Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with her family and friends, biking and hiking, attending art galleries and concerts, being creative, and learning more about birds and flowers.
